FM Approved, Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluids for Industrial Safety

BioBlend offers a selection of biodegradable, fire-resistant hydraulic fluids for hydraulic systems where continuous high pressure, elevated thermal conditions, or proximity to ignition sources present increased risks:

• BioFlo HFDU
• BioFlo Synthetic HFDU

These fluids are certified under Factory Mutual standard 6930 and have been tested to ensure they present a lower risk of ignition and fire propagation compared to conventional petroleum-based alternatives.

Example applications include industrial forging operations, hot metal handling systems, offshore equipment, and large-scale construction equipment.
