Food Grade Lubricants for Responsible Processing Environments.

J R Hess supplies a comprehensive line of NSF H1 registered lubricants manufactured by BioBlend for use in food processing, packaging, and other sensitive industrial environments where incidental contact with consumable goods may occur.

BioBlend’s food grade products are appropriate for a range of mechanical systems, including hydraulic units, enclosed gear drives, compressors, chains, pneumatic tools, metalworking operations, and plant-wide lubrication points.

Hydraulic Fluids

• BioFlo FG
  Readily biodegradable hydraulic fluid suitable for high-pressure systems. Maintains viscosity and lubricity across a broad temperature range. Available in ISO 32 and 46.
  
• TruFlo FG
  General-purpose white oil-based hydraulic fluid containing anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives. Available in ISO 32, 46, 68, 100, and 150.
  
• TruFlo FG WO
  Colorless, odorless, and tasteless white base oils that are NSF H1, 3H, and HX-1 registered for use where incidental contact with food may occur.

Multi-Purpose Oils

• BioBlend MPO
  Biodegradable and food grade oil for chains, cables, wire ropes, open mechanisms, and general lubrication tasks. Available in liquid and aerosol formats.

Gear Oils

• TruGear FG
  White oil-based gear lubricant for enclosed systems requiring extreme pressure and anti-wear protection. Available in ISO 220, 320, 460, and 680.

Greases

• TruGrease AP 2
  Calcium sulfonate-based grease suitable for general plant use. Offers high mechanical stability, resistance to water washout, and effective performance in elevated temperatures.

Specialty Lubricants

• BioCut FG 2000
  Biodegradable metal cutting fluid for use in food packaging and processing environments. Reduces friction and dissipates heat during cutting operations.
